VCT stripping and waxing
Old VCT finish can become dull, marked, and uneven over time. Our VCT service can include removing the worn finish and applying a fresh finish as part of the agreed work. We discuss expected drying time before service.
Night Cleaning With Less Disruption
We plan the work around closing time, access needs, and the next opening. Night scheduling reduces interference with staff and guests while creating a practical drying window. Actual drying time depends on the surface, work completed, and conditions inside the restaurant.
Cleaning Before Inspections and Important Dates
Tell us about an upcoming inspection or important event during the walkthrough. We can plan cleaning around the date, but cleaning cannot guarantee an inspection result or correct permanent damage, worn grout, or damaged finish.
Start With a Free Commercial Walkthrough
Free walkthroughs are available for restaurants within our normal service area. We review access, floor types, problem areas, scheduling needs, and cleaning priorities, then prepare a written estimate. If you notice a concern within the agreed cleaning scope, contact us within 48 hours. We will review it and, when appropriate, schedule a return visit. This does not cover new spills, permanent damage, normal wear, or conditions outside the agreed scope.
